Industrial dampers

Overview

  • Control dampers regulate the flow of air in an HVAC system for intake, exhaust, or mixed air applications. ASHRAE Standard 90.1, and International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) are the three main energy codes relating to dampers. All volume control dampers in this section meet these require meants  rolled  / colds rolled black steel sheets with fully welded longitudinal joint
  • Balancing Designed for balancing airflow in ductwork systems. They are typically intended for manual operation with a locking handle and do not provide tight shutoff.
  • Steel construction with Airfoil /3V Groove , which have greater strength, produce less sound, greater sealing ability, and static pressure loss.Concealed linkage to reduce turbulance, which provides lower pressure drop and reduces noise. Axles that positively lock to blades without screws or welds. Non-stick, noncorrosive bearings that assure long life and ease of operation.Airfoil blades, which have greater strength, produce less sound, greater sealing ability, and static pressure loss.Concealed linkage to reduce turbulance, which provides lower pressure drop and reduces noise.
  • Velocity: Up to 6400 fpm
